Do I need to connect my bank account?

No. You add subscriptions yourself in a few seconds — name, price, billing cycle. We never ask for bank credentials or card numbers.

How do reminders work?

Choose how far ahead you want a heads-up — 1, 3, or 7 days — and BillKeep emails you before the charge. Enough time to cancel, downgrade, or just expect it.

Can BillKeep cancel subscriptions for me?

Not directly — nobody can cancel on your behalf without account access. What BillKeep does is show you exactly what you’d save and point you at the right cancellation page.

What about yearly or weekly plans?

Every billing cycle is supported — weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans are all normalized so you can compare real monthly and yearly costs side by side.

We store only what you type in — no bank data, no scraped emails. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, it’s never sold or shared with advertisers, and you can export or delete it anytime. The details are in the privacy policy.

Is there a mobile app?

BillKeep is a web app that works in any browser, phone or desktop. A native app may come later — early access members hear first.

How do I delete my account?

Anytime, from settings. Your data is permanently deleted — not archived, not “deactivated”. Gone.
